Firefighters from several departments are battling a large fire in downtown Wahoo.
The fire broke out around 10 Friday morning at the Wahoo State Bank. Gusty winds are not helping firefighting efforts, and there are concerns the fire may spread to nearby buildings.
As of 2:05 p.m., Fire officials said the fire was under control.
Officials said the fire crews will stay in the area until the fire is completely out.
