Brownell-Talbot has withdrawn from a proposed lease with AT&T for a 92-foot "stealth" cell phone tower on its property.
The school said it heard from many community members in favor of the tower, but also many who had concerns.
"The school is a longtime member of the community, and it is important that we listen to our neighbors," a release stated.
