The owner’s yard is full of extravagant Christmas decorations.
He's been doing it for twenty years.
"We take up a couple lots every year, we try to pick up something unique that other people don't have in their yard," said Ed Stark.
Some may think it's too early, but Ed Stark gets a lot of visitors, so he says he gets it out of the way.
"Elementary school students come by every year and take a walk during the daytime, like I said I do it for the joy they get," Stark said.
Stark says it's his way of adding some good into the world.
"They come by and it lifts their spirits, and in this world it’s so bad, it’s nice to have something good every once in a while," Stark said.
This year Mckay Landscape Lighting says people started requesting services early.
"We started getting called September, October for people to start doing Christmas," said Andrew Coleman.
While others say they are taking advantage of the weather.
"Right now is the best time to do these things because it's such beautiful weather, and I don't want to do it after Thanksgiving in below zero temperatures," said Jose Lopez.
Jose Lopez says his neighbors think it's too early, so he'll wait and turn the lights on after Thanksgiving.
"This is my property and I like Christmas, and want to put it up when it's really nice out," said Lopez.
