OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — There's a proposal to let E-scooters roll through Omaha again.
The city council will again vote on pilot program agreements with the companies Spin and Bird.
Last month, the council rejected the plan by a four-three vote.
Councilman Ben Gray, who voted against the plan, is the one asking for today's re-vote.
