Voters approved all five City of Omaha bonds Tuesday. The money will go toward fixing streets, upgrading fire equipment, building new fire stations and a police precinct in Elkhorn.

The City will also now be able to fund improvements to parks and tackle the city's sewer system.

The voters of Omaha have passed important bond issues that will keep our capital improvement projects moving forward," Mayor Jean Stothert said in a statement. "Thank you for supporting the continued growth of Omaha without a tax increase."
