If you see smoke and fire in Papillion Tuesday, don't be alarmed, it's just a controlled burn.
The City of Papillion tweeted a little after 9 a.m. that the burn was underway at 96th and Lincoln Streets.

Controlled burns are used to prevent more dangerous fires in the future.
