A Lincoln man was arrested after police say they found a gun hidden in his SUV.
The Lincoln Police Department says 37-year-old Marvin Wallace, a convicted felon, was booked into jail for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Police say when he was pulled over for a traffic stop around 11:40 p.m. on Monday, he handed the officer an open container of vodka.
According to court documents, officers searched his vehicle and found a loaded Cobray M11 9mm submachine gun under a passenger seat.
He was released from jail after paying 10 percent of his $15,000 bond.
