After yet another assault on three staff members, Nebraska Corrections Director Scott Frakes talked about the incidents and what the future looks like for the department.
Frakes said inmate on inmate assaults are down since 2015, and the department is working on reducing the prison population.
The ACLU has threated a lawsuit against the department claiming "unlawful conditions".
