OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Garbage collection in Council Bluffs has been canceled today due to the slick conditions. None of the curbside garbage, yard waste, or recycling will be collected by city waste services.
Curbside garbage collection will resume Tuesday, and be one day behind for the remainder of the week with Friday's collection occurring on Saturday.
