OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - County Attorney Don Kleine and Omaha Police Captain Kerry Neumann announced that Brandon Weathers is the man they will charge in serial rape cases from 15 years ago.

Authorities say he raped four black women between the ages of 17 and 23 in 2002 and 2004.

He allegedly broke in through a screen window at night, tied them up, raped them, and spent 1-2 hours with the victims.

The 41-year-old Weathers was already serving a 100 to 160 year prison sentence for first-degree sexual assault of a child.

"After 15 years since the first sexual assault occurred, these victims are finally able to get the answer they've been waiting for: Who was their assailant? Brandon Weathers is a cold, calculated sexual predator,” said Capt. Neumann.

The Douglas County Attorney's office filed a court order to make Weathers give a DNA sample since he refused when he went to prison.
