It was a very emotional delivery for some residents who were forced from the Yale Park Apartments more than two weeks ago.
Friday, Heartland Family Services delivered donated beds to the displaced tenants. Saint Vincent De Paul Society and other groups helped collect the items.

Hundreds of refugee families had to leave the complex after it was condemned by the city. Many personal belongings and bedding were left behind at Yale Park because of bedbugs.
In total, the city found around 2,500 violations at the Yale Park Apartments.
