Alex Paczkowski captured this video of a tornado near Doniphan, Nebraska.
You can see it kicking up dirt in a nearby farm field.
At one point you hear someone commenting about a person driving on the road near the tornado.
A trained spotter had confirmed the tornado with the National Weather Service just before 5 p.m. on Tuesday.
Doniphan is about twenty minutes south of Grand Island.
