The Omaha Public School board has agreed to pay top dollar for new superintendent Dr. Cheryl Logan.
Logan will make $300,000 in base pay, a big hike from the $171,000 she made as the chief academic officer of Philadelphia Public Schools.
Additionally, she will receive retirement benefits, health benefits and moving expenses.
She begins work in Omaha on July 1 and her contract runs through June 30, 2021.
