OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Police say one person has died in a crash in north Omaha.
Police said the crash happened early Wednesday morning, just after 3 a.m., along Sorensen Parkway.
Investigators say a car traveling east drifted left, overcorrected to the right and hit a curb. That caused the car to flip and travel down an embankment into a parking lot.
Police say the driver and sole occupant, 34-year-old Deana Lewis, was partially thrown from the car and died at the scene.
