Bellevue Police arrested an elderly Ralston man on enticement charges.
Investigators say 78 year old Patrick Hofer was engaged in a sexually explicit conversation online with what he believed to be a juvenile male, which was actually a undercover Bellevue detective. Hofer arranged to meet with the juvenile in Banner Park, where police met and arrested him.
Police booked Hofer for felony enticement by electronic communication device and sexual assault/use of electronic communication device.
