Law Enforcement agencies from Council Bluffs gathered Thursday to honor fallen deputies, officers, and troopers Thursday night with a National Law Enforcement Memorial Service.
The ceremony started outside the Pottawattamie County Courthouse and moved to St. John Lutheran Church off Willow Av. The service honored all those who have lost their lives in the line of duty, but had a special meaning after Deputy Mark Burbridge was killed just two weeks ago.
