A 44-year-old man was arrested Friday for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and failure to affix a tax stamp.
According to a release from the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, Timothy White was traveling with around 18.25 pounds of suspected fentanyl and 2.5 pounds of suspected heroin. It only takes 2-3 milligrams of fentanyl can cause a person to go into respiratory arrest.
