There is new information in an explosion and fire that rocked a Southwest Omaha business district.
On Sunday, the Wardrobe Spa near 168th and Harrison and the State Fire Marshal is now ruling it is an act of arson.
Fire investigators discovered evidence of tampering with the building's natural gas system. The blast caused an estimated $350,000.
So far, no arrests have been made and the Fire Marshal has made it clear the incident is not tied to the utility company.
