An official with the fire department says one person was able to escape the fire on their own, but a second person was helped out by a police officer.
The fire was under control in less than 20 minutes, he said.
One person was taken to the hospital for treatment. Investigators are trying to determine how it started.
"When crews arrived, we had fire showing in the front, the rear and the sides of the house. So, it was heavy, heavy fire-involved upon initial arrival," he said.
