Four suspects in custody in connection to 2017 fire says OFD

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — In December of 2017, the Omaha Fire Department responded to a fire in North Omaha. Two years later, in October, they say investigators arrested three parties in connection to it and booked them into Douglas County Corrections. Last Monday, a fourth suspect turned herself in.

The Omaha Fire Department lists the suspects as:

  • Marie Anderson - Charged with: Fraudulent Insurance Act
  • Lindsay Anderson - Charged with: Arson 2nd, Burning to Defraud Insurer, Burglary and Fraudulent Insurance Act.
  • Joe Caillier - Charged with: Arson 2nd, Burglary, Burning to Defraud Insurer
  • Nicole McCormick - Charged with: Burglary, Arson 2nd, Burning to Defraud Insurer

The fire they've been arrested in connection to happened at at 4949 N 14th St.
