This week's Rock on the River concert will be relocated due to high waters near the series' regular venue, Tom Hanafan River's Edge Park, organizers posted on Friday .
The concert, scheduled to feature Blue House at 7 p.m. Sunday, will instead take place at Bayliss Park, according to the city's Facebook page.
