SCRIBNER, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska Department of Transportation says Highway 275 is closed for the second time in three days due to rapidly rising water.
The impacted area involves the stretch of road between NE 32, G Road (near West Point) and NE 91 (3 miles west of Scribner).
