OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — According to the Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA), the Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) says Interstate 29, just south of Council Bluffs to Missouri, won't fully reopen until summer.
As you can see in this tweet from MAPA, people who are Kansas-City-bound will need to use the 75 detour until at least June.
