DES MOINES, Iowa (KMTV) - In her first full day on the job, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds will hold a press conference Thursday to announce whether or not she will appoint a new lieutenant governor.
Reynolds, who previously held the position of lieutenant governor, became governor Wednesday after Terry Branstad resigned to become the U.S. Ambassador to China.
