A three judge panel is done hearing testimony for the day in Nikko Jenkins' death penalty sentencing.
Most of the day was dedicated to deciding if Jenkins' IQ is high enough for him to be eligible for the death penalty. A test taken when he was first incarcerated in 2003 suggested Jenkins' IQ was 69, which is under the threshhold.
Jenkins also objected to his own public defender's questioning and wanted to get right to the three judge panel.
