The parents of a student who was sexually assaultedby former Davis Middle School math teacher Brian Robeson are suing the Omaha Public School district.
The federal lawsuit was filed last week and says school officials did not act on reports Robeson was was engaging in inappropriate behavior with the teen on and off school grounds.
The parents are seeking damages for emotional distress, the girl's mental health struggles and medical treatment for her physical and emotional injuries.
