Nebraska state lawmakers passed a bill Wednesday to allow so-called DREAMers to get professional licenses.

The bill would allow undocumented immigrants who were brought to the U.S. Illegally by their parents to get the certificates required for certain jobs. Governor Pete Ricketts argues the bill rewards illegal immigration and has promised to veto it.
