Lincoln Police say officers arrested Jesse Johnson again for allegedly hiding under vehicles and touching the feet of women as they walk by.
In February, a judge put Jesse Johnson on two-years probation after he made a plea deal with prosecutors to plead guilty to five counts of disturbing the peace.
Investigators arrested Johnson in June 2016 after a woman said he grabbed her ankles.
The woman was not injured and officers caught Johnson a short distance away from the incident. At the time, Lincoln Police Officer Katie Flood said "He appears to have a fascination with women's feet. He waits under their vehicles until they return and reaches out and touches or grabs their feet."
