LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) — Gov. Pete Ricketts held a press conference Monday morning on the state's effort to grow its workforce in the Department of Correctional Services (NDCS).
Gov. Ricketts was joined by NDCS Director Scott Frakes and Nebraska Chief Human Resources Officer Jason Jackson.
