Talk about a feel good Friday for the Council Bluffs Police Department.
The Police Department said man by the name of Bill Hartman surprised the officers by dropping off 29 dozen homemade donuts.
The officers posted the photos on their social media sites and thanked Hartman for sending them the homemade donuts.
