An Omaha man was booked at Douglas County Corrections for terroristic threats, discharge of a firearm and use of a weapon to commit a felony Friday night.
According to a release, 20-year-old Tyler Kirkpatrick was armed with a shotgun and in the basement of a home when police arrived, he remained there for 10 hours before finally being taken into custody.
