More than 200 arrested or cited by NSP on weekend of 420

LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) - The Nebraska State Patrol arrested more than 200 people, including 193 on drug-related charges during its special enforcement around April 20, a day celebrated by marijuana users. 

Overall, 61 people were arrested for having less than one ounce of marijuana, 60 for possession of drug paraphernalia, 31 were arrested for having more than one ounce but less than a pound, 39 were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and two for possession with intent to deliver. 

On the roads, 16 impaired drivers were arrested, with two coming from being under the influence of drugs.
