More than 200 pounds of marijuana found during Omaha traffic stop

A 53-year-old California man was arrested in Omaha Monday morning as he was trying to transport hundreds of pounds of marijuana from St. Paul to Reno. 

According to a release, David Leslie was pulled over for a traffic violation where a Douglas County deputy's canine Fetch found illegal drugs inside the trailer of the vehicle. Leslie initially designed consent for the search. 

Leslie was booked for possession of marijuana more than a pound, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.
