The Nebraska Supreme Court has dismissed Alison Motta's appeal to practice law on accused Creighton killer Anthony Garcia's case.
The judge ruling has disqualified Motta from the case.

The ruling came after comments Motta made to KMTV and other media outlets about DNA evidence.
Garcia recently wrote a letter to the judge saying he no longer wanted Motta to represent him.
