OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Walgreens flu index says that Lincoln and Omaha are the two major cities with the most flu activity in the country, based on the number of medications prescribed and sold to treat the virus.
This report comes after more than 360 new cases of the flu in Douglas County just last week. Numbers show a majority of cases have been influenza A.
So far this flu season there has been more than 23 hundred cases reported in Douglas County.
