The real estate market in the metro is heating up and is not expected to slow down anytime soon.
The Federal Reserve says the Nebraska's real estate market has grown at the sixth highest rate in the country and over the last decade, Nebraska home prices have risen 26 percent. In the last five years, the median home prices in Nebraska have increased by about 30 percent across all price points.
