OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A Nebraska trooper is getting praise for using his mechanical know-how to help a driver get home.
Nebraska State Patrol tweeted this picture of a Utah man holding up a gasket created by Trooper Matt Naughtin.
The driver's original gasket left him stranded on Westbound I-80, near the town of Paxton. The trooper used materials from his home, which allowed the driver to make it 620 miles to his home in Utah.
This is Matt. Matt was traveling through Nebraska last week when his vehicle overheated.
