Omaha Police say six people were taken into custody following a standoff in North Omaha Thursday night.
Police were called to a home near 17th & Clark just after 6:30 p.m.. An Iowa bounty hunter had tracked a wanted fugitive to the home. When the bounty hunter looked inside, they saw what appeared to be someone being held against their will and called police.
The Omaha Police Emergency Response Unit went to the home, and after a period of time the people inside the home voluntarily came outside and surrendered to police and were taken in for questioning.
No one was injured. The names of the people taken in for questioning, or what the person was wanted for in Iowa have not been released.
