Neighbors of Offutt Air Force Base may hear sirens or see emergency vehicles that are part of a training exercise Thursday.
Officials say it is expected to start around 9 a.m. and includes the main installation and some off-base locations.
"The exercise is a normal part of training and local authorities have been notified of the planned exercise," they said in a prepared statement.
