OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — For people who want a chance to learn about the path to black voting rights, Omaha's Black Votes Matter Institute of Community Engagement has announced a chance to do just that.

Today, details were announced for the Face-to-face with Black History Adult Learning Tour.

"Not a day goes by when an adult asks if they can attend the BVM tour," says Preston Love, Jr. "Last year, we had a few church groups consisting of adults follow our youth the Civil Rights Tour. This year, for our third annual BVM Tour 2020, we would like to open the tour up to adults that want a life-changing, learning experience."

The tour will depart on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at 6 p.m. and will return on Sudnay, June 28, 2020.

For people traveling alone, the cost will be $2,800 each. For those traveling in pairs, the cost will be $1,800 each.

Those interested in applying can do so by calling Love at 402-812-3324 or by email at prestonlovejr@gmail.com.
