OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Just before noon, the Omaha Fire Department dispatched crews to battle a blaze at 1333 South 31st Street.
At the scene, they say they found a two-story home with large amounts of smoke and fire within.
The initial attack was defensive but they were able to bring it under control.
They say most of the damaged was contained to the second floor of the structure and that the incident is still under investigation.
