An Omaha man is dead and his wife in serious condition following a fatal crash just north of Kansas City.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, 32-year-old Chad Keene, the driver was killed and was not wearing a seatbelt 29-year-old Courtney Keene was transported to North Kansas City Hospital.
