Omaha Police responded to a gunshot victim at Nebraska Medical Center shortly after 2 a.m. Monday.
The victim, 34-year-old Roberto Torres, said he was shot near 13th and Martha, but when police searched the scene they located no evidence.
Torres' injury is non-life threatening and the investigation by police is ongoing.
