An Omaha man was sentenced Wednesday for the abuse of his three months old son.
Brian Swanson, 33, will serve up to 20 years in prison for felony child abuse.
He admitted to hitting the child in the back and putting his finger down his son's throat.
The child survived but suffered a severe head injury and brain bleeding.
