Homeowners in the Keystone neighborhood woke up this morning to an unpleasant surprise.
Overnight - vandals hit cars in the area of N 80th Avenue and Grand Avenue - busting out the windows.
At least seven cars had the windows broken out early this morning, leaving a trail of scattered glass down the street. It's not clear what the suspects used to break the windows, but the owner of one of the cars said she thinks it was a baseball bat.
Some of the cars had windows completely smashed out and, in others, just a part of the window was broken through.
The Omaha Police Department says they know of seven vehicles being vandalized. Four people filed reports and officers left notes on the cars when victims couldn't be located.
