Saturday, Omaha Police will work to take unwanted weapons off the streets.
The department will host a gun amnesty day where you can drop off guns and ammunition. Police will also collect illegal weapons, no questions asked.
It takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Eagle's Nest Worship Center near 56th and Sorensen Parkway.
