Omaha Police identify 17-year-old homicide victim

Omaha Police have identified a 17-year-old who died in a homicide at 25th and Crown Point Avenue Sunday night.
According to a release, Zachary R. Parker died at the hospital. A second 17-year-old boy was treated and released.
OPD said the pair were shot near Blackburn Alternative School around 5 p.m. Sunday.
