Omaha Police are asking anyone who might have been in contact with a murder suspect to come forward.
Jeremiah Connelly, a 39-year-old man who has been out of prison since June 28, was arrested for first-degree murder, tampering with evidence, unlawful taking and willful reckless driving on Sept. 21 when he was observed recklessly driving a stolen vehicle.
Authorities believe Connelly abducted 22-year-old Jeanna Wilcoxen from a park, killed her and put her body in a ravine in Fremont.
Police are looking for more information about Connelly's 1987 gray Chevrolet van with a VXY116 Nebraska license plate. The van was recovered near 36th and Q on Sept. 17.
Connelly previously served 12 years for attempted kidnapping, arson, assault and robbery.
