Over just four days in the latest Click it or Ticket campaign, Omaha Police issued more than 650 tickets.
In the Omaha metro, police were specifically watching for drivers not wearing seat belts. Overall, more than 400 drivers were ticketed for speeding, 150 for lack of registration and more than 50 also got seat belt tickets.
In Nebraska, seat belts are a secondary offense, meaning officers must pull you over for doing something else before they can issue you a ticket.
