OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — According to a new study by WalletHub, Omaha ranks in the top 20 of big cities (cities with a population of more than 300,000) to live.
The study was conducted based on factors such as affordability, economy, education & health, and quality of life, and safety. Omaha came in at number 19 on the list of 62 big cities.
Omaha has the 2nd lowest housing cost, behind Wichita, and they rank 15th in economy.
The most affordable big city is Virginia Beach, and the least affordable big city to live, you may have guessed, is New York City; however New York City has the highest quality of life among big cities.
